3. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for our work
• Grant necessary access to websites, ad accounts, and platforms
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
• Maintain ownership and responsibility for all content published
• Not engage in practices that violate search engine guidelines

4. Payments and Fees

• All fees are agreed upon in the client proposal or service agreement
• Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the agreement
• Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to revise pricing with reasonable advance notice

5. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, reports, and materials created by Growth Market Hub for a client become the property of the client upon full payment.

The Growth Market Hub name, logo, website design, and proprietary methodologies remain our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement. Growth Market Hub will not disclose client data, strategies, or business details to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. While we apply proven strategies and industry best practices:

• We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or lead numbers
• We do not guarantee placement on the first page of any search engine
• Past results do not guarantee future performance

We provide transparent monthly reporting so you can track progress honestly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Market Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability in any matter related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the client proposal (typically 30 days). Upon termination:

• All outstanding invoices become immediately due
• We will hand over all completed work and relevant credentials
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination
